I cohosted the Zine & Heard workshop on Zine activism alongside Shannon D O’Neill for the Women’s Work Festival. The workshop aimed to inspire and empower participants to use zine-making as a form of activism.

During the workshop, participants learned about the history of zine-making as a form of activism and how it has been used as a medium to promote social justice and amplify marginalized voices.

We provided practical lessons on how to create a zine, including layout design, content creation, and distribution. Participants were given the opportunity to create their own zines and express their thoughts and experiences on different social issues as well as collaborating on Say Something!
